We have been renting ski and snowboard gear from here for years and are always pleased with the service and fit. We misplaced our son’s jacket somehow and were thrilled to discover that Krissies had one for rent that fits him perfectly and will keep him dry. We highly recommend this shop. Everyone who works there is kind and well trained.

Convenient location and great staff quality equipment..2024! Yay Nick was awesome helping us with a board repair and we rented! Great place as always!

Super fast, efficient, cheap, and great service. I rented a snowboard and was very satisfied with the quality of boots and board. The equipment was not super high end but definitely did not disappoint. It is a great business and they obviously care about their customers’ experience.

I’ve used Kristie’s twice now and they are the best place to get skis in Pinetop. Super helpful and incredibly nice. I cannot recommend them enough!

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I rented the performance package for skis, boots and pools. (…) Once skiing I was extremely pleased with the equipment.

As always, I had a great experience at this shop. It was late in the season (March 21st) when the entire staff should be ready to lock the doors and find some warm weather, but everyone was happy and enthusiastic. Krissie’s always has excellent, well maintained equipment, and their prices are very reasonable. (…)
